It is through hypnosis, you can connect to your Higher Self, reach your past lives and see who you were. There may be implants, entities, energies, portals, negative technologies, cords (to other individuals), Artificial Intelligence, etc in your body that you may be unaware of and need to be healed. Often times, it is through this we discover where the darkness/trauma/pain of our current life may have come from and self heal. Transformations can be amazing.
